Payment issues

I only went to work with this agency for 1 night shift at PostNL in Den Bosch. I did not like the job so I decided to quit. Of course the agency is now claiming that PostNL did not register my hours and I did not receive a payment. People that I was in touch with, very unprofessional and insinuated that " I'm stupid " for not understanding that it is not their fault. I strongly recommend to avoid this agency!
