Looking at some of the reviews here, it’s actually shocking because I had a good experience with the company, say with Bao-Han. From my little experience in the professional community, an interviewer or agent has not been as empathetic and concerned about my personal background as her. She’s attentive and you could always catch a good laugh. And yeah, she follows up with communication

Yeah...no. They only behave respectful when you have the exact profile they're looking for, so that their customer (companies) is happy, otherwise they treat you like garbage.
